Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Stranded In SC, I value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all clients. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s schedule, I ask that you review the deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling policy below: Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. This deposit secures your time with me and ensures I can properly prepare for your appointment. Cancellations 48 Hours or More: You may cancel your appointment without additional charges, but your deposit will not be refunded. It can, however, be applied to a future booking. Less Than 48 Hours: Cancellations made within this window will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and you will be charged an additional 50% of the service price. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited, and you will be charged 100% of the service price. Rescheduling 48 Hours or More: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty. Your deposit will be applied to your new booking. Less Than 48 Hours: Rescheduling within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure your new appointment.
